Q - How can I know what size fit me in CREATIONS stores?

A - You can look up the table below to compare
the measurements that suits you.

Q - How to take measurements ?

A - You can perform the following:

- Neck: Measure the perimeter road around the foot neck - adjacent
            to the dorsal part.

- Shoulder: Measure the distance from the outside edge of the shoulder
                    to the other as the line per pendicular to the spine

- Chest: Measure the circumference around the chest - the largest.

- Waist: Measure the perimeter road around the waist - the smallest.

- Hip: Measure the circumference around the hip- the largest.

- Lower chest: Measure the distance from the old front foot to the
                        point just measured around the chest.

- Lower waist: Measure the distance from the vertebrae in the neck on the same
   side - adjacent to the foot neck to a point just behind the waist measurement.

- Height: Measure from the top to the ground in the upright posture,
                back and legs parallel to the wall.

Q - Can I purchase the already made product or may I order
a new one through CREATIONS website?

A - You can purchase already made one through Creations website. Currently we do not have tailor service online. You can go to our stores directly to order for tailor service. Ourprofessional staffs and tailors are pleasure to welcome you.

Q - Can I choose the style and materials
when I order a new item to be make?

A - You can choose the styles in our or your catalog or samples availableon display in our stores. However, all order are only done with our store' fabric.

Q - What is the cost of delivery? and how long does it take?

A - This depends on the address item will be sent (in the same city, domestic, or international), your choice of services (normal or fast service and home or airport delivery), weight, package and necessary legal procedures (such as certificates of inspection for cultural artworks copper). We will reply you in soonest time after the full information regarding items you want to send.

Q - How can I regularly update the information orget
CREATIONS' catalogwith the latest designs?

A - We do not regularly issue catalog for the latest designs. However, you can sign up through the website to The News is updated with information about new products at CREATIONS.

Q - How can I give my opinions on the management of
your products ' quality and services at CREATIONS?

Q - Can an already made or ordered made itembe changed or refunded?

A - This situation can lead to two cases

+ Case 1: Item has no error

You can only change items to an equivalent value in exchange for store or a Gift Voucher for use at a different time. With the available items you have selected may buy only deposits and not get in, you can return within 3 days (approximately 72 hours) from the date of deposit.
However, for items that have been ordered to be made (with selected colors, style and size) will not be changed or refunded.

+ Case 2: Customer fails

For goods may available: You should carefully check the goods before leaving the store (this provision was recorded in the sale invoices), so in this case, the goods will not be changed or refunded.
For goods that are ordered to be made and turn out with error, you will be refunded with the full deposit.

Q - If I need to purchase large quantities, what will be the discount rate?

A - You can refer to price list below

Q - How can Gift Voucherbe used

A - Gift Voucher is a form of purchasing prepaid, in which a customer will pay the first amount for a Gift Voucher (worth the equivalent) from Creations. Gift Voucher has replaced cash value and can be transferred to another person (to purchase) but no function converted into cash later.When a customer to trust the product (or service) of an enterprise is using the Gift Voucher is the best way to share your credibility with others in need but do not know about the product (or services) of the business.
